Description
ACTL is working with a Timber Engineering company to build the Power-Roof(R) cassettes and is in the process of refining the design for volume manufacture. Our photos show work in the factory and the cassettes installed on a couple of houses.
Both houses are better insulated and warmer, are self sufficient in electricity most of the year and are pullining in solar and ambient heat to warm the input to combi boilers.
Description
Our latest project is working with Fforest Timber Engineering on a project to streamline production of Power-Roof. This project looks at how we can identify houses for retrofit, survey them, feed thesurvey details into CNC files to produce the components for the Power-Roof(R) cassettes, assemble the cassettes and uptput them using MRP like tools to ensure everything arrives on site for rapid and efficient installation and to render that house immediately Net Zero.
