Description
RAS is fishery project – Recirculating Aquaculture System. There are chain of pools indoor and filtered water is supplied. That water flows in circle. Vaporized water replaces.
Also water cleans up during the whole process because of it constant circuit flow. That makes the product (fish and etc) healthy, environmentally friendly and meets the worldwide Health standards. Suppliers of equipment and major assemblies German companies with a worldwide reputation . Using that system we plan to breed following kinds of fish: sturgeon, eel, trout, burbot (eelpout) etc
Environmental side of the project is does not require the construction of large ponds, reservoirs in the open, in which control of water (evaporation and seepage into the soil) is very difficult and even unrealistic, which leads to a change in the climate of the region for the worse. Some data on aquaculture, pond farming occupies 1 hectare has a capacity of 5-7 tons of fish a year, and RAS farm in 1000-1500 m2 has productivity of 60-100-120 tons of fish per year
Feature of the whole project - plan, building a pilot version, based on the pilot version of the attraction of a larger investment from Mitsui(Foods) the purpose of obtaining project-growing environmentally friendly products, fish with the further implementation of the (export) outside of the Kyrgyzstan , the reason, our region can-not consume such capacity, but it can give, as said before clean (healthy) products
Cutting theme of healthy products, the water supplied to the system, river water coming from the mountain glaciers or artesian wells. Kyrgyzstan is localized about 40,000 large and small rivers total length of 150,000 kilometers, the amount of about 47 km3 of fresh water, but in spite of the system provided high-tech filtration and further enrichment of the incoming water that positively affect the quality of fish produced
One of the important goals of the project, the research and the possibility of domestication, cultivation of other valuable fish species (inhabitants of water bodies), which is prohibited or limited fishing, in the case of positive results release a certain percentage of fish (fry) in a natural habitat , for this plan to create a selection-labs in the promotion of regional universities or(and) universities that you designate - will advise for more detailed and scientific research.

Customer/Market analysis (market size and potential market share)
Market of fish - seafood consumption are inanimate in Kyrgyzstan, it is connected with traditions -habit which is not formed because of the lack of seafood, therefore, the bulk of production will be exported. In this pilot version of the farm, the main importer - consignee of the finished product - live fish will be grantor, predetermined percentage of products will go to offset the amount of the grant. These types of fish such as sturgeon, eel, burbot and sturgeon caviar are not difficult to implement. The sale will be provisional production order.
Sales and Marketing Plan (how you will go-to-market)
The production capacity of the pilot farm is low for the world market, and purpose of this farm to attract more investment by the Japanese corporation Mitsui Bussan. Mitsui Corporation has its divisions Mitsui Foreign Trade and Mitsui Foods, and further development and dissemination of the project is planned with their participation, because they have a solid practice and good work marketing and sales strategy
Intellectual property status (e.g., patents, licenses, etc.)
Supplier of the equipment - production line provides all the necessary licenses and certificates, breeding technology and instruction developed by us, suppliers of live fish provide general information on breeding, clear and precise instructions do not exist.

The technology is not widely spread for the following reasons,
a) Not enough places with a large volume of fresh water, filtration of water to the required condition - for the full viability of fish is quite expensive operation.

Funds are required to purchase necessary equipment - technology, worth 2 million Euros ex-works. After the launch of farm and passing the test period, we will have a detailed outline and instructions for operation of the line - a system, as well as written instructions for the breeding of various species of fish. Our party acquires territory near natural water sources, conducts necessary communications and builds facilities – buildings With the necessary funding, we can build a network of RAS farms in a logistical manner - 1) Kyrgyz Republic as a starting point 2) Serbia or Montenegro as a transit point 3) EU as a final point. This scheme will allow supplying fish as it matures from the Kyrgyz Republic to the final point, which will reduce the cost of marketable fish. 'Maximum program' is 3 farms of 2 million euros, 6 million euros in total
