10% generation of a 10 MW solar project from pvAPM

GreenEnco deployed its proprietary Asset Performance Management (pvAPM) platform to optimise the 10 MW Bhajanghat Solar Project, delivering significant generation improvements. By combining real-time SCADA data analysis with AI/ML tools and deep domain knowledge, GreenEnco identified hidden losses, underperformance trends, and system inefficiencies. Tailored recommendations were implemented collaboratively with the O&M team, including inverter tuning, DC health checks, and infra red thermal inspection of PV module and other electrical components. As a result, the project achieved a 10% increase in energy yield within 6 months, improving revenue stability and long-term asset value. GreenEnco’s pvAPM approach not only boosted operational efficiency but also ensured continuous learning through advanced diagnostics and anomaly detection—positioning the Bhajanghat project as a benchmark for performance excellence in the region.
