Our approach to turnkey product development 

First, we need to understand your product vision.  

What do you want to get at the end of the process? What are your project constraints? Is it budget, are you working to strict timescales, are there key milestones you need to hit? 

Then we’ll develop a plan to get you there.

Following a risk-reducing development process that brings together industrial and mechanical design, and electronics and software development, we’ll develop a clear timeline that leads to timely, successful delivery, with regular reports and updates on progress along the way.

It’s a six-step process: 

1. Requirements capture, to ensure all requirements and expected outcomes are commonly understood.

2. Feasibility assessment and proof of concept, to deal with technical and commercial risks before committing to full product development.

3. High-level design to ensure that we have an approach to implementation that will be able meet the product and project requirements.

4. Detailed design to develop a ‘looks-like, works-like’ prototype.

5. Design verification to assess the prototypes and refine the design to ensure it meets all product requirements and will gain regulatory compliance.

6. Manufacturing introduction to take the product from design to manufacture, with formal certification and approval of product samples.
