SmartViz addresses this challenge head on – by empowering property owners and operators with a unique Digital-Twin-In-A-Box, a set of pre-configured, smart IoT sensors with an AI powered virtual twin of the building. Just ‘peel and stick’ the sensors and they start to stream data to show you how your building are used, where space and energy is wasted, together with actionable insights to save costs and improve occupant wellbeing.

SmartViz is a result of 20 years of experience in optimizing buildings including workplaces, universities, schools, museums, airports and more. Our growing portfolio includes Vodafone who saved $40m per annum across its building portfolio, and Cardiff Met University who saved £6.2m through optimisation of its teaching spaces.
