Paperboard liner

Alier’s paper production is based entirely on recovered post-consumer paper, achieving full recyclability and certified quality standards. The company operates with a production capacity of up to 180,000 tons per year, recovering approximately 200,000 tons of paper waste annually, which reinforces its role in closing the material loop.

The plasterboard liner range includes several specialized solutions designed to meet different construction needs. These include standard liners with optimized strength and reduced grammage, water-repellent liners with hydrophobic surface treatments, and antifungal liners that improve resistance to mold and humidity. Additional innovations such as aesthetic white-top papers for ceiling tiles and high-resistance outdoor solutions further expand the portfolio.

Through these products, Alier enables manufacturers to produce gypsum boards that combine mechanical performance with lower environmental impact.
