Hiperpile
A Hiper solution (via the use of the Hiperpile product range) is primarily focussed on enhancing the performance of a buildings (or heat networks) heating/cooling system, reducing operational cost and carbon. This is achieved through a combination of reliable ground-source heat exchange, highly efficient underground thermal storage, and the integration of advanced ground-source heat pump technology.

What is Hiperpile? Hiperpile is a suite of individual innovations in piled foundations which, when combined, offer unprecedented savings in whole life carbon.
Our hollow pile technology eliminates the wasteful design of under-utilised concrete, reducing the embodied carbon within the foundations.
Our unique, next generation thermal energy pile is then enabled through the utilisation of the hollow void within the pile. By filling the void with water, Hiperpiles act as a highly efficient thermal energy source and store. When coupled with heat pump technology our piles become integrated, valued components within the buildings MEP system, reducing operational carbon emissions.
In the appropriate ground conditions, we also deploy our impression pile technology which, when combined with the use of low carbon materials, delivering signifciant reduction in embodied carbon.
Finally, at the end of the buildings initial design life, through the utilisation of the hollow void once more, our Hiperpiles can be inspected, maintained and if needed extended and re-warranted. It is in this way that our Hiperpiles become a low carbon foundation system, enabling efficient, reliable, and sustainable thermal energy for all.
