Jolt is building a foundational electrochemical platform designed to upgrade how critical materials, energy, and water systems are produced and managed. Our catalyst-coated electrodes enhance reaction efficiency, reduce energy intensity, and improve process selectivity—unlocking step-change economics in sectors historically constrained by legacy electrochemistry.

For defense and resilience applications, Jolt enables more efficient and localized refining of strategic metals such as lithium, copper, cobalt, and manganese—reducing dependency on fragile global supply chains. Our systems also support decentralized, low-footprint water treatment, including chlorinated water production in remote or austere environments. In energy systems, our coatings improve performance and durability in fuel cells and related electrochemical assets, contributing to more resilient and portable power solutions.

For deeptech investors, Jolt represents a scalable, hardware-enabled platform with multiple high-value entry points across industrial decarbonization and resource security. We have completed core technical validation and are advancing FOAK industrial deployments, positioning the company to generate first revenues and scale into full industrial rollout. We are currently raising a round to bridge to industrial revenues, with a larger growth round planned as we expand deployment from 2027 onward.
