Micro Thermal Energy’s pioneering Thermawynd® solution is designed to generate clean electricity using geothermal heat, delivering continuous power 24/7 without relying on weather conditions or extensive infrastructure.

Our baseload supply of power will be a valuable addition to the required energy mix, providing energy resilience and price stability. The technology’s small footprint and minimal visual impact make it particularly valuable for remote areas and communities. 

Our disruptive approach accelerates the decarbonisation of industries and transport. One modular installation will generate ~ 2GW/pa of baseload off-grid electricity as a stand-alone system with the option for microgrid integration or directly supply power-intensive businesses. 

The Thermawynd® technology has been validated by academia and is currently undergoing extensive design modelling at Cranfield University.
