HutanBio has developed a scalable, commercially viable, zero-carbon liquid fuel made from sunlight, CO₂, and algae to target long-distance transportation’s billion-tonne hydrocarbon addiction, which collectively emits three billion tonnes of CO2 annually.
Currently, sustainable fuels account for around four percent of this figure.
