Description
Hubl Logistics, a leader in sustainable temperature-controlled transportation, is on a mission to revolutionize food distribution with zero-emission technologies. The company's flagship product, the CoolRun Pod, is a game-changer in zero-emission, temperature-controlled transport, effectively addressing the inefficiencies in the current last-mile delivery network.
Designed for transporting perishable foods in any van or truck, CoolRun Pods uses passive cooling technology to maintain cool temperatures for over 30 hours and frozen for 12 hours. The CoolRun pods feature a thermal battery and novel airflow systems, maintaining optimum temperatures and enabling the movement of temperature-sensitive goods across the country, which is emissions-free. Utilising CoolRun technologies helps fleet managers reduce fuel costs, tyre wear, and emissions by eliminating the need for heavy, inefficient, and polluting in-truck chiller units.
Traditional refrigerated trucks are costly, consume more fuel, and occupy valuable cargo space. By contrast, CoolRun Pods provide a greener, more efficient alternative that operates intermodally across Trains, HGVs, vans and cargo bikes.
