Fornax makes heat pumps radically more affordable for homeowners - they save money on their utility bills and we save the planet.
Our software platform applies AI to reduce the labour intensity (and therefore cost) of selling, designing and installing heat pump systems in homes.
Then our underwriting model analyses heat pump systems, accurately prices the risk of them breaking and identifies mitigations
Combined, we use these capabilities to let us issue a unique lease to homeowners, letting them pay monthly for a heat pump with all maintenance and breakdown cover included.
