Its mission is to transform 20th-century grids for 21st-century energy needs. The company enables the energy transition by optimizing existing infrastructure to integrate more renewables and manage rising electrification from mobility, industry, and heating. Its technology provides real-time voltage control and active grid management, improving supply quality and efficiency while protecting sensitive processes. Founded in 2020 as a spin-off of Estabanell, it is led by Ramon Gallart, an engineer with over 35 years of experience in electrical grid operations and modernization.
