At ADE, we believe the energy transition means using the renewable energy we already produce. Too often, energy is wasted from data centres, industry and wind power - the UK must stop losing this energy and start using it to cut bills, create jobs and drive growth.

Energy users have long been treated as passive while costs rise. ADE: Demand and our members are changing this by helping households and businesses decarbonise and unlock flexible demand that supports the grid and their finances.

The UK also wastes enough heat to warm every building. ADE: Heat Networks and our members are capturing and reusing this energy, building a sector that could grow from £5 billion to £100 billion by 2050.
