Mingqiao Zhao is Co-founder and CCO of Cauli. Ming has a history of entrepreneurship, including starting her first business at age 14 in waste reduction, selling recyclables to recycling companies in China. Later, she led global business development at London-based Arabia Monitor, with a client portfolio including MENA’s governments, funds, banks, and multinational companies. Ming holds an MA (Hons) from University of St Andrews and MSc from London School of Economics. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin, with an advanced certificate in the Arabic language.

Cauli enables F&B businesses to eliminate single-use packaging waste through AI-powered reuse systems, and is an inaugural Innovation Zero Award Winner (Land & Water, Mature Solutioins) in 2024.
